Inaugurated in 2020, at Etoile restaurant we offer you a zero kilometer meal, in which our team puts the best of itself every day. We are waiting for you with open arms at number 16 of the Plaza Mayor de Belorado.
A dream, my restaurant
The illusion of setting up my own restaurant since I studied hostelry in Santo Domingo de la Calzada back in 1998, was formed, and in 2020 it became a reality in the town of Belorado, in the heart of “Riojilla Burgalesa”.
I trained both in restaurants in La Rioja, and in Miranda de Ebro, my hometown, until due to life circumstances, I ended up in Belorado. There I saw an opportunity to share my experience behind the stove with “Beliforanos” and tourists.

Tras años pasando por Belorado, hoy descubrimos este restaurante. Una parrillada de pescado más que digna para el menú del día y picantón escabechado exquisito. Volveré seguro.
Maravilloso lugar e increíble comida. Muy bien tratado los productos y con un gusto envidiable. Merece la pena una parada en nuestro camino para poder disfrutar de una buena comida y trato. Gracias Marqués.
